It reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete

General purpose, non-shrink, cementitious micro-concrete Uses Renderoc RG Spl is used for repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where access is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is diffi cult or impossible. The material is based on Portland cements, graded aggregates and fi llers, and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, while minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. For larger repairs, the mixed Renderoc RG Spl may be modifi ed by the addition of 5mm to 12mm clean, graded, saturated surface dry aggregates at site. For exceptionally large repairs, the local Fosroc offi ce shall be consulted. Technical support Fosroc offers a technical support package to specifi ers, end users and contractors as well as technical on-site assistance in locations all over the country. Design criteria Renderoc RG Spl can be applied in sections upto 100mm deep. For larger sections, the addition of approved aggregates may be required. Auramix 350 is a high performance super plasticizer suitable for low and high grade concrete and intended for applications where high water reduction and long workability retentions are required. Auramix 350 developed to use in:  Long workability retention concrete.  Pumpable Concrete.  High performance concrete 

Uses For spraying on freshly cast concrete, or newly exposed concrete surfaces after removal of form work, to form a temporary membrane which will retain suffi cient moisture for effective curing to take place. Used for concreting generally but especially useful for large areas of concrete such as pavements, runways and bridge decks; also for vertical or sloping surfaces as on towers, chimneys, canal linings, columns and beams, where water curing is difficult or unreliable. Standards compliance Curing effi ciency : Concure WB Clear curing compound complies with the internationally recognised ASTM C309, Type 1, Class A. Description : Concure WB Clear is a white colour, low viscosity milk emulsion which incorporates a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system. It is supplied as a white emulsion which forms a clear fi lm on drying. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks down to form a non penetrating continuous fi lm immediately upon contact with a cementitious surface. This impervious fi lm prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more effi cient cement hydration, thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. Once formed, the membrane will remain on the concrete surface until eventually broken down and eroded by natural weathering. Where it is required to apply a further treatment to such concrete surface, it may be necessary to remove the membrane remaining after curing by wire brushing or other mechanical means. The use of curing membranes on internal floor slabs is generally to be avoided where additional surface fi nishes are Water based concrete curing compound
