It is based on port land cement with graded aggregatesand additiveswhich impart controlledexpansion in the plastic state. The non-shrink grout function is three folds 1) To fill the voids between the base plate and the concrete foundations completely and permanently without shrinkage orseparating from either2) Totransfer all loads from the baseplate to the concrete foundation and 3) Tomaintainprecise alignment. It effectively transfers all operational loads to the foundation.

USES SikaRapid®-1 is especially suitable for any application where fast early strength development plays a major role, or is of crucial importance within 6 to 24 hours.
