Uses Cebex 100 is an admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansions are required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infi lling and jointing. Advantages  Gaseous expansion system compensates for plastic shrinkage and settlement in properly designed cementitious grout.  Reduced water/cement ratio mixes in the grout mix ensures low permeability and long term durability in service.  Gives grout high fl uidity with low water/cement ratio, thus making placement or injection of the grout easy.  No metallic iron content to corrode and cause staining or deterioration due to rust expansion in the grout.  Composition allows high early strength development in grouts, without the use of chlorides. Standards compliance Cebex 100 is a suitable pressure grouting admixture complying with BS: 8110 Part 1-1985, Section 8.9.4.6.

Free fl ow, high strength, non-shrink, cementitious precision grout Uses Conbextra GP2 is used for precision grouting where it is essential to withstand static and dynamic loads. Typical applications would be the grouting of base plates of turbines, compressors, boiler feed pumps etc., It can also be used for anchoring a wide range of fi xings. These include masts, anchor bolts and fence posts. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free fl owing, non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100mm. Conbextra GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fi llers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fi llers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

Shrinkage controlled, polymer modifi ed, fl uid microconcrete for structural repairs of all types Uses Renderoc LAXtra is suitable for mass infi ll to structural repairs in all types of load bearing situation. Two component structural grade polymer modifi ed reinstatement mortar Uses For the reinstatement of concrete in small localised patch repairs. Renderoc S2 is alkaline in nature and will protect embedded steel reinforcement. It is specially designed for location where high compressive strengths are required. The mortar is suitable where superior resistance is required to chlorides and carbon dioxide. Acrylic Polymer for concrete & masonry Uses Brushcrete polymer in conjunction with cement provides a seamless waterproof coating to concrete and masonry surfaces. It is applied by trowel as a durable chemical resistant repair mortar 3-6 mm thick depending upon the requirement. The system includes Nitoprime 25 a two part epoxy resin primer and Nitomortar 30 which are both supplied in preweighed units ready for onsite mixing and application. The fi nished area has a slightly granular texture of uniform self colour. However, as the natural grade takes its colour from the aggregates which is subjected to variation, colour matching is not practicable with this grade. Pre-wetting of substrate is essential with maximum saturation of water but saturated surface dry (S.S.D.) condition. MIXING Water: Powder = 0.22 to 0.24 by weight (6.6l to 7.2 l water per 30 kg bag). Mixing Time : 3 minutes minimum APPLICATION Sika® Block Joining Mortar must be mechanically mixed using a forced action mixer or in a clean container using a drill and mixing paddle (< 500 rpm). A normal concrete mixer is not suitable. Mix thoroughly with clean water for a minimum of 3 minutes. Leave material to stand in container until the majority of bubbles have dispersed (minimum 5 minutes).Then remix the material for 15 seconds - the product is now ready for use. If the substrate is very porous, if the temperature is high and/or the relative humidity low, it is advisable to dampen the surface. Do not leave any standing water. Apply a thin uniform Layer of Sika® Block Joining Mortar 2 to 3 mm thick on the clean & levelled surface of masonry units using proper trowel Place the next course of masonry units on evenly jointing mortar bed in proper line & level. Each masonry unit shall be properly bedded and set in position by gently pressing with handle of trowel. Inside unit of the masonry unit shall be applied with mortar before the next unit is laid & pressed against it especially in case of bricks. Clean the excess material, if any immediately. Continue the procedure for the entire masonry work. Do not disturb the blocks /bricks setting for first 24 hours. CLEANING OF TOOLS Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened / cured material can only be removed mechanically. LIMITATIONS Cementitious substrates must be at least 28 days old. Do not exceed the recommended water dosage. Apply only to sound, prepared substrates. Do not exceed the maximum layer thickness.
