Water reducer and Retarding admixtures Uses To produce pumpable concrete  To produce high strength, high grade concrete M30 & above by substantial reduction in water resulting in low permeability and high early strength.  To produce high workability concrete requiring little or no vibration during placing. Advantages  Improved workability - Easier , quicker placing and compaction.  Increased strength - Provides high early strength for precast concrete with the advantage of higher water reduction ability.  Improved quality - Denser, close textured concrete with reduced porosity and hence more durable.  Higher cohesion - Risk of segregation and bleeding minimised; thus aids pumping of concrete.  Chloride free - Safe in prestressed concrete and with sulphate resisting cements and marine aggregates. Standards compliance Conplast SP430KR(M)6 complies with IS:9103:1999 and BS:5075 Part 3 .Conplast SP430KR(M)6 conforms to ASTM C-494 Type ‘F’ and Type ‘A’ depending on the dosages used.

High build, solvent free epoxy resin fl oor coating Uses Nitofl or FC150 provides a hard wearing, chemical and abrasion resistant fl oor fi nish. It is ideally suited for use in wet areas where a high degree of resistance to chemicals, oils and grease is required such as :  Dairies  Soft drinks production facilities  Chemical manufacturing plants  Car parks and workshops Advantages  Durable, low maintenance costs.  Proven against a wide range of industrial chemicals.  Solvent free - no odour during application.  Slip resistant - different textures available to suit conditions to avoid slipping.  Liquid applied providing complete protection.  Available in a wide range of colours to improve the working environment and identify slip hazard areas. Description Nitofl or FC150 is a solvent free system based on epoxy resins and curing agents specially selected for their ability to withstand chemical attack. The system consists of pre-weighed base & hardener components and a Nitofl or colour pack, all of which contain reactive elements that are essential to the installation of the system. A slip resistant texture can be provided by the use of one of a range of Nitofl or Antislip Grains which have been carefully graded to ensure an even texture.
